Hello, Please read this article, appendix caught in a femoral hernia, I don’t know if it’s this but it makes good common sense with my symptoms and duration of time being so long some people have had this up to 15 years before diagnosis since scans are negative, I have had elevated white blood cells counts on my blood test several times. I’ve had that big hand sized black spot on my right lower hip for 4 years now below my hip bone, and it burns real bad in my hip and right groin area on the crease of my leg all the way to the dark spot. I can feel pressure in my right groin and leg crease, especially in one little spot near the middle/top of the crease, exactly straight across from where it hurts on the backside of my hip too. My right hip is always swollen and in pain. You can see it and feel it compared to my left side. I can feel it rumble in my hip and like intestinal noises and pressure pain and burning in the right hip area. Passing gas hurts to my right hip and lower right abdomen and lower right back. I’ve been tested for blood flow in an ultrasound because my right foot feels super numb at times, and my hip just throbs constantly when having a bad week. The pressure of a hernia cutting off the blood supply would make sense since it’s in the same femoral canal. Imagine infectious gas leaking up sometimes in the abdomen if it can escape it would make it hurt under my ribs too.
I’m nauseated a lot too and now it’s gotten so bad in the last month, I’m so bad with sick and painful misery at times that I’m amazed some days that I even wake up looking around like another day is here after a real bad night of moaning pain and sickness.
A CT scan or barium X-ray will not show this condition also because it won’t let the fluid threw the herniated muscle wall and the appendix looks like it’s long enough and clean so the radiologist just says it’s not appendicitis because it looks normal.
I’ve had two hernias from lifting weight also over time, I worked at Budweiser and would lift 6-10 cases of beer or more at a time to rotate displays and that’s when I first got real sick back in 2002 and took time off work and swore it was appendicitis then, and I never took time off before that. I have been saying hernia because of the pressure and abdominal pain in the lower right along to the hip bone and groin. I think it’s both an appendix caught in a femoral hernia, it just adds up I think. My brother had a long appendix wrapped around his bowel, my sister had bowel problems for 10 years and the surgeon said it was the longest appendix he had ever seen, I know they aren’t me but it’s just a generalization of how long mine might be in a femoral hernia if it’s hereditary.
Dr Ruley has me on two kinds of antibiotics this week and I feel like 50% better and the swelling has went down but the pressure is still here, I feel like once these run out tomorrow it’s going to come back with a vengeance and I’m really scared to be super sick again. I’m not the type of person to be a hypochondriac and run to the ER and such but this has been ridiculous and progressing much worse now. I don’t want to send this to you and seem like an idiot printing medical journals and have to beg for help, and I don’t know if this is it but it’s something. Please help with exploratory surgery or something, I think you will be amazed, please try.

See in this video they show small bowel going threw the femoral hernia wall, but look right above the leg see that big bulky start of the large bowel, that is the cecum, attached to the bottom of the cecum is the appendix, it goes into the femoral hernia like a finger and gets stuck because the muscle is so tight in there femoral canal it's call the femoral ring, if the cecum is FULL (constipation) it's a hard surface to push threw the canal, I used to get constipated real bad back in 2002 working at Budweiser, I had 42 stores running all day long like a chicken with my head cut off, plus I had hernias from before to help keep me constipated I had always had problems with it, I got real sick working and took 3 days off and this is when all this started, really I know this is where it started in 2002 when I worked at Budweiser lifting like 10 cases of beer at a time to rotate displays (HERNIA). I was real constipated from other hernias I had from since I was younger I think moving furniture and stuff for my mother she had 14 houses and I have moved furniture and refrigerators and such since I was like 8 years old, they fixed those hernias like 3 years ago on my left side, but the main pain and problem on my right since 2002 has been killing me. So the cecum was full and caused a hernia of the femoral canal, but the only part of the cecum to get stuck in there was the appendix. I know this is it, it all makes sense now, and my right foot goes numb when doing real bad because the swollen appendix when it's more inflamed pushes against those arteries going threw the femoral canal also. Some people have had femoral hernias of the appendix for 15 years, there are about 2100 cases of it reported each year, only 12 in history have ever burst because the muscle is so tight on it that it keeps it from filling up to burst with pressure.
